Return and Shipping Policies

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns on the bath and body products. This is a strict policy that is mandated by the PA Health Department.

We can offer you a merchant credit for the item(s) that you are displeased with. You must contact us within 7 days from the receipt of your item(s). After that time we cannot under any circumstances extend this offer for the merchant credit. 

If you purchased a candle or wax melt product and find that the scent before you light the candle or use the wax melt is not to your liking, we can accept a return. If your return has been discovered to have been lit or altered in any form, you will not be offered a replacement and you will forfeit the cost of said candle. There is no exception to this. You MUST provide proof that the candle in question is in fact not lit or altered in any fashion by sending us pictures of the item. This is the only way we can assure that the item(s) were not used in any way. 

We will not charge you shipping on products that have been deemed as replacements due to damage. 

All of our shipments are shipped through USPS with insurance and tracking. Please allow ample time for your order to be fulfilled and properly packed. If your order is received Monday through Thursday your order will be shipped the following day.  If your order is made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will be sent out the Monday following. 

Typically shipments will arrive to you in 3-5 business days. If there is an issue with your shipment, please reach out to us so that we can look into the situation and come to a solution.
